Strategy and Policy Coordinator

Kaha Aondoyila Cornelius serves as the Strategy and Policy Coordinator at BEEN, where he provides strategic direction and policy insight across all of the organization’s initiatives. With a background in Political Science and a passion for development impact, Kaha brings a unique mix of academic understanding, field experience, and creative problem-solving to the role.

He is responsible for leading BEEN’s strategic planning processes, aligning programs with national development priorities, and shaping policies that drive long-term impact — particularly in areas like youth empowerment, microenterprise development, and social reintegration. His work also involves tracking public policy trends, engaging with government and civil society partners, and developing frameworks that ensure BEEN remains responsive and future-focused.

Kaha’s ability to translate vision into actionable frameworks makes him a critical driver of BEEN’s mission to build an empowered and economically vibrant Benue State.
